South Winthrop Work-live

Designed and developed by Case Design & PM, and scheduled for completion in early 2011, this 11-unit mixed use project will be a leader in net-energy use for its type. Located next to the new Sound Transit Light Rail Station, and fronting on an historic Olmstead Boulevard, this project will offer easy car-free access to downtown as well as the airport.
